BNY Wealth Execs Jump to Multifamily Office in Southeast US Push

Multifamily office Pennington Partners has hired two wealth-management executives from Bank of New York Mellon Corp. as it ramps up its presence in the Southeast US.

Keith Kellum, who led BNY Mellon’s virtual family office practice from Atlanta, and Marilyn Santiago, Miami-based head of the bank’s customer experience for the Southeast, joined Bethesda, Maryland-based Pennington as partners this week. Both will remain in their respective cities with the goal of helping the firm expand in a region that’s seen an influx of wealthy transplants in recent years.
