The eldest child of the late Czech tycoon Petr Kellner is striking out on his own.

Petr Kellner Jr. cemented his place among Europe’s richest heirs after he agreed to sell his 10% stake in investment firm PPF Group NV to the rest of his family little more than a week ago. He’s now worth $1.7 billion, according to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index, which valued his stake for the first time.
