Portugal Set to Unveil TAP Airline Sale Conditions This Week

Portugal is preparing to spell out the conditions for the sale of TAP SA, a key step before formally inviting offers for Europe’s largest wholly state-owned airline.

The government is set to discuss the non-negotiable terms at a cabinet meeting on Thursday, according to people familiar with the process who asked not to be named because the information is private. The discussion could still be delayed to next week and the terms of sale may not be immediately approved, said two of the people.
