The strike is scheduled to start at 9 p.m. on Sept. 1 and end the same time on Sept. 4, according to a notice on the state-owned utility’s website. It didn’t give further details on any potential impact on operations. A union representative said earlier this week that it’s seeking higher wages in the industry and lower bills for users.
