Temasek Divides Portfolio Into Three Units, Reshuffles Top Ranks
Temasek Holdings Pte will re-arrange its S$434 billion ($338 billion) portfolio from April 1, as part of a major overhaul aimed at sharpening the Singapore state-owned investor’s focus.
The move, which was first reported by Bloomberg News, will see the creation of three new entities called Temasek Global Investments, Temasek Singapore and Temasek Partnership Solutions. They will focus on the firm’s direct investments in global companies, its Singapore-based portfolio companies, and on managing the allocation of capital to invest in funds respectively.
