“It’s only a matter of time” before Nippon Steel can reach the target, Vice Chairman Takahiro Mori said in an interview on Thursday. The company’s joint venture, ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India Ltd., has plans to scale up its capacity in India, which will also help, he said.
