Lidar Maker Hesai Group Is Said to Plan Hong Kong Listing Soon

Hesai Group, the world’s largest maker of lidar sensors for vehicles, is gearing up to list its shares in Hong Kong as soon as next month, according to people familiar with the matter.

The Shanghai-based company, whose shares already trade on the Nasdaq Stock Market, is aiming to raise about $300 million in the offering, the people said, asking not to be identified because the information isn’t public.
