Trump to Name Loyalist Scavino as White House Personnel Chief

Scavino, a deputy White House chief of staff, first met Trump years ago as a golf caddie and eventually rose to manage one of his clubs. He joined Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign as one of its first hires and helped run the president’s social media operation during his first term.
