Trump Media & Technology Group Corp. and Crypto.com agreed to a deal with blank-check vehicle Yorkville Acquisition Corp. to create a crypto treasury company focused on buying and holding CRO tokens, the native cryptocurrency of the Cronos ecosystem.

The treasury company will become one of the latest to follow the playbook Michael Saylor created at Strategy, raising funds to buy and hold cryptocurrencies, according to a filing Tuesday with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
