Novo Nordisk A/S’s slower growth will crimp employee bonuses in the Ozempic maker’s home market of Denmark as it ramps up a cost-cutting push.

The 2025 yearly bonus will be reduced for employees because of Novo’s lowered forecast, a spokeswoman said Friday. The reduction applies to employees who are eligible for short-term incentives in Denmark, she said.
