Turkey Tightens Israel Trade Ban With New Shipping Restrictions

Since Turkey first announced a total ban on trade with Israel, in May 2024, official statistics show transactions between the two countries have fallen to zero. But local media have reported some flows found loopholes, including by directing cargo through third countries.
