Arabica Coffee Rises With Limited Sales From Top Shipper Brazil

Arabica coffee futures advanced in New York to the highest level in two months as producers in top grower Brazil are withholding beans and as worries persist that recent bouts of cold weather could curb output.

“It is clear that even with the recent price increases, producers have not yet shown much interest in selling,” said Thiago Cazarini, a broker based in Brazil’s top producing state of Minas Gerais.
