Lambda Eyes Funding at Over $4 Billion Valuation

Lambda Inc., a cloud infrastructure firm which counts Nvidia Corp. among its backers, is in talks with investors about a funding round that could value the company at $4 billion to $5 billion ahead of a potential initial public offering, according to people familiar with the matter.

The California-based company could go public as soon as the end of the year, and has had preliminary discussions with bankers to potentially lead the IPO, the people said.
