Czech opposition leader and billionaire former Prime Minister Andrej Babis pledged to reverse the current government’s fiscal-austerity measures if he returns to power after October elections.

Babis’s ANO party, which has a wide lead in all opinion polls, pledges to cut taxes and scrap recent laws that have increased the retirement age and slowed pension growth, the Dnes newspaper reported on Tuesday, citing a draft of a party campaign leaflet.
