US Justice Department Backs End to Delta, Aeromexico Venture

Delta Air Lines Inc. and Grupo Aeromexico should lose antitrust protection that allows the carriers to plan and price flights jointly, the US Justice Department said in a filing on Monday.

The agency cited evidence it says suggests that restrictive and possibly discriminatory policies by the government of Mexico have limited competition.
