M&S Restores Full Online Services Months After Cyberattack
Marks & Spencer Group Plc has reinstated online delivery on its full range of items, nearly four months after a cyberattack caused chaos for the British clothing and food retailer.
Shoppers can now purchase all items on M&S’s website for home delivery or click and collect to stores, John Lyttle, managing director of fashion, home and beauty said in an online post on Monday. It draws a line under months of interruption at M&S during which rival retailers have been able to benefit.
