Burger King Owner’s Sales Recover on International Growth

Sales at established restaurants grew 2.4% in the second quarter, the parent of Burger King and Tim Hortons said Thursday. That’s faster than the preceding three-month period and slightly above the average analyst estimate. Restaurant Brands’ international operations, which account for about 40% of total sales, outperformed expectations.
