FBI Upgrades New Zealand Office With Permanent Special Agent

The New Zealand government said the FBI has enhanced its presence in the country with the appointment of a permanent special agent in capital city Wellington.

A legal attache, or special agent, has been installed at the FBI’s office at the US Embassy in Wellington, Security Minister Judith Collins and Police Minister Mark Mitchell said in a statement. FBI Director Kash Patel officially opened the upgraded office on Thursday.
