Late Rapper XXXTentacion’s Bad Vibes Forever Brand Taps Private Credit for Loan

Bad Vibes Forever, the brand associated with deceased Florida rapper XXXTentacion, received a private credit loan as the artist’s estate releases a posthumous song and rolls out a new clothing line.

Ares Capital Corp. provided some of the financing, according to a regulatory filing, which shows a $20 million loan to the brand, priced at 5.5 percentage points over the base rate. The loan, which closed in June, is set to mature in 2032.
