Krafton Inc.’s profit fell for the first time in two years after a seasonal slowdown in flagship title PUBG: Battlegrounds outweighed contributions from other offerings.

The Seoul-based publisher reported a sharper-than-expected 26% drop in operating income to 246 billion won ($177 million) in the June quarter. Revenue also slipped more than expected, by 6.4% to 662 billion won.
