Russia Bans Refiners From Exporting Gasoline to Ensure Supplies

Russia banned gasoline producers from exporting the fuel until the end of August to meet accelerating demand, after drone attacks and Western sanctions temporarily disrupted seasonal maintenance.
“The decision was made to maintain a stable situation on the domestic fuel market during the period of high seasonal demand and agricultural field work,” the government said in a Telegram statement.
