Iceland, EU to Start Talks on Security and Defense Partnership

The talks on the partnership, which would cover cooperation on critical infrastructure, dual-use defense investments and hybrid threats, are expected to be concluded by the end of the year, Prime Minister Kristrun Frostadottir told reporters in Reykjavik on Thursday, confirming earlier reports.
