Reinstated CDC Officials Have ‘No Clue’ Why They Were Brought Back
“There doesn’t seem to be a rhyme or reason to it,” says the CDC’s Paul Schramm.
US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention officials who were laid off and subsequently reinstated have “no clue” why, said Paul Schramm, chief of the agency’s climate and health program.
“I wish I knew,” he said Tuesday at Bloomberg Green in Seattle. “We don’t know. There doesn’t seem to be a rhyme or reason to it.”
