Grupo Televisa SAB’s credit grade was cut to junk by Moody’s Ratings, which cited falling subscriber numbers that have dented profits.

Moody’s downgraded Televisa Ba1 from Baa3 and maintained its negative outlook on the rating, it said in a statementBloomberg Terminal Friday. The outlook “reflects our view that Televisa’s operating performance will continue to be challenged by subscriber losses,” analysts Rosa Morales and Marcos Schmidt wrote.
