PE Firm Exponent Raises More Than €1 Billion for Flagship Fund

European private equity firm Exponent has raised more than €1 billion ($1.2 billion) for its latest flagship fund focused on mid-market investments.

Exponent Private Equity Partners V has reached a final close that’s 20% above its initial target, according to a statement reviewed by Bloomberg News. It secured commitments from global investors including pension funds, endowments, sovereign wealth funds and family offices.
