Deutsche Bank AG is reorganizing its wealth management in Germany as the lender seeks to simplify leadership structures and boost fees from the lucrative business.

The separate divisions that currently serve wealthy and affluent clients will be combined in the wealth unit, Germany’s largest bank said in a statement Monday. Similar to the structure of its SME business, the operations will be organized along regional lines within Germany.
