Greggs Plunges After Warning Hot Weather May Dent Earnings

Greggs Plc shares plunged after it said its full-year profit may be lower than last year as high temperatures in June discouraged people from eating out.

The shares slumped as much as 16% in London trading, the biggest intraday drop in seven years and touching lowest level since September 2022.
