Miami Brickell City Centre Shopping Mall Sells for $512 Million

Simon Property Group Inc. bought the retail and parking segments of Miami’s Brickell City Centre for roughly $512 million.

The mall landlord, which had owned a 25% stake in the development’s retail component since 2015, purchased the remaining share from Swire Properties Inc., both companies said in a statement. Swire had fully owned the parking facilities before the transaction.
