Circle K Owner Sees Clarity on Seven & I Deal Sooner Than Later

Circle K owner Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc. slightly missed earnings estimates and said it’s expecting resolution in its deal talks with Seven & i Holdings Co. fairly soon.

The Canadian convenience store and fuel retailer earned 46 cents per share on an adjusted basis in its fiscal fourth quarter, a penny short of the 47 cents estimated by analysts in a Bloomberg survey.
