Encino Plans to Cut 121 Houston Jobs Amid $5.6 Billion EOG Deal

Encino Energy LLC, the Utica oil & gas driller that agreed to a $5.6 billion sale to EOG Resources Inc. last month, is planning to cut 121 workers at its Houston-area office, according to the Texas Workforce Commission.

Representatives for Encino Energy didn’t return phone and email messages seeking comment.
