Italian roaster Illycaffe SpA expects the cost of coffee beans to continue to fall, helping to shield customers from further hikes following a run-up in prices.

The family-owned firm, known for the high-end espresso it sells in silver-and-red tins, raised prices twice this year after supply fears drove up the cost of arabica. The beans are now trading only slightly above levels seen at the start of the year, amid strong production forecasts.
