Saskatchewan Could Double Oil Output to 1 Million Barrels a Day, Premier Says

Canada’s second-largest oil-producing province could exceed its current goal of boosting output about 36% to 600,000 barrels a day if the country scrapped policies such as its cap on oil and gas emissions and regulations on pipeline development, Moe said at a conference in Calgary.
