Invepar Close to Signing Debt Standstill With Creditors
Invepar, a transport operations and services company that controls one of the busiest airports in Latin America, reached an agreement with all its creditors to extend a court-granted protection period by 15 days as it tries to restructure its debt out of court.
The deal temporarily suspends debt payments, allowing the company to negotiate with creditors, according to a company filing on Tuesday. Invepar is confident in reaching a favorable agreement, the company added.
