Hacksaw’s Holders Seek as Much as $355 Million in Stockholm IPO

Shareholders in Hacksaw, a developer and distributor of online betting games, plan to raise as much as 3.35 billion Swedish kronor ($355 million) in an initial public offering in Stockholm.

The sellers are offering as many as 43.5 million shares at a fixed price of 77 kronor apiece, the company said in a statement. The deal would give Hacksaw a market capitalization of about 22 billion kronor.
