NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte said members of the military alliance need to deliver a “quantum leap” in their collective defense amid the ongoing threat from Russia.

“Danger will not disappear even when the war in Ukraine ends,” Rutte is due to say at a speech at Chatham House in London on Monday. “We must have more forces and capabilities to implement our defense plans in full.”
