Omada Health IPO Raises $150 Million Priced in Middle of Range
Omada Health Inc.’s initial public offering raised $150 million, with shares of the digital health-care company pricing in the middle of the marketed range.
The firm sold 7.9 million shares at $19 each, according to a statement Thursday. The San Francisco-based company had offered 7.9 million shares each at $18 to $20 apiece, a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission showed.
