Kerry Says COP30 Climate Talks Will Require ‘More Nuanced Cooperation’

The negotiations at the upcoming climate summit in Belém, Brazil, are “going to require greater diplomatic, greater adaptability, and frankly much more nuanced cooperation than ever before,” Kerry said, speaking Wednesday at a Bloomberg Intelligence event. He didn’t mention US President Donald Trump during his 15-minute presentation.
