BayPine Agrees to Deal for Stake in Legal Consulting Firm Harbor

BayPine has agreed to acquire the majority stake in Harbor Global, a consultant and IT services firm catering to the legal industry.

The private equity firm is acquiring the holding from mid-market specialist Renovus Capital Partners, which will keep a minority stake in Harbor, according to a statement provided to Bloomberg News.
