Thoma Bravo Raises $24.3 Billion for New Flagship Buyout Fund

Thoma Bravo has raised $24.3 billion for its latest flagship private equity fund in a challenging market for attracting new investor capital.

The software-focused firm announced the completion of fundraising for Thoma Bravo Fund XVI in a statement on Tuesday. It has separately raised $8.1 billion for its Discover Fund V and about €1.8 billion ($2 billion) for its first dedicated Europe fund, it said.
