Poland’s nationalist presidential candidate Karol Nawrocki is fighting off fresh allegations about his past that threaten to damage the boxer-turned-politician days before a tight election.
Nawrocki, who is running neck-and-neck with Warsaw Mayor Rafal Trzaskowski ahead of a runoff ballot on Sunday, has already been embroiled in controversy over his alleged participation in organized fights and the purchase of a property more than a decade ago.
