ECB’s Vujcic Says Inflation Is Slowly Converging to 2% Target

European Central Bank Governing Council member Boris Vujcic said consumer-price growth is heading toward the 2% goal.

“Inflation is slowly but systemically converging to our target,” he said in Opatija, Croatia. “We expect to get close to that target at the end of 2025, and to reach target in early 2026.”
