Space, Defense Firm Voyager Technologies Files Publicly for IPO

Voyager Technologies Inc. filed publicly for an initial public offering, as it seeks to capitalize on rising government spending on advanced defense technologies and space exploration.
The Denver-based defense and space contractor reported a net loss of $26.9 million on revenue of $34.5 million in the three months ended March 31, compared with a net loss of $14.8 million on revenue of $30.2 million in the same quarter last year, according to a filing Friday with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
