NJ Transit, Rail Union Spar Over Wages as Strike Deadline Nears

Thursday’s wage talks have been contentious so far, and are likely to continue into the late evening, according to a person familiar with the negotiations. Workers are set to strike as early as 12:01 a.m. New York time Friday if an agreement isn’t reached.
