Bridgestone Corp. is expanding production in the Americas and considering raising prices to offset the impact from tariffs.
The Japanese tiremaker aims to increase US passenger tire output by nearly 2 million units by the end of 2027, according to an earnings presentation. Bridgestone will also make a “small” investment in its Aiken, South Carolina plant to enhance productivity.
