The Trump administration doesn’t want to reveal how it came to allege that some New York City-area Venezuelans it is seeking to deport are members of the Tren de Aragua gang.
Justice Department lawyers asked a court late Tuesday not to require them to disclose how the alleged gang membership was established. They said in a filing that releasing the information from “Alien Enemy Validation” forms would “implicate sensitive law enforcement determinations.”
