Pfizer Return to Euro Market Amid Spree of US Issuers

Pfizer Inc. sold its first euro bonds in seven years, joining a record spree of reverse Yankee bond issuance.
The drugmaker raised €3.3 billion ($3.7 billion) across maturities of four-, seven-, 12- and 20-year senior unsecured notes, according to a person familiar with the matter, who asked not to be identified. It last raised euro debt in March 2017 according to data compiled by Bloomberg.
