Humain, Saudi Arabia’s new artificial intelligence investment company, is teaming up with chipmaker Advanced Micro Devices Inc. to spend $10 billion on AI infrastructure over the next five years.

Humain will oversee the development of data centers, sustainable power systems and global fiber-optic connections, while AMD will provide chips and software, according to a statement Tuesday. The effort will build data centers “stretching from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the United States,” the two parties said.
