UniCredit SpA’s share price rose to a 14-year high on Monday, lifting its market capitalization past rival Intesa Sanpaolo SpA to make it Italy’s largest bank by that metric.

UniCredit’s valuation increased to €87.3 billion at market close after it reported its highest quarterly profit ever.
