Rupee Tumbles Most Since 2022 on Rising India-Pakistan Tensions

India’s rupee tumbled the most in more than three years against the dollar amid escalating tensions with neighboring Pakistan.

The rupee declined 1.1%, the biggest decline since Feb. 2022, to 85.7913 per dollar after Pakistan said it shot down Indian drones. India said it neutralized an air defence system in Pakistan.
