Chile President Gabriel Boric saw his approval rating plunge to the lowest level of his term amid voter anger over issues such as a surge in organized crime, a poll published on Wednesday showed.
Only 22% of respondents said they support the way Boric is managing his government, down from 30% in the second half of last year, according to a Centro de Estudios Publicos survey. On the other hand, 66% said they disapprove of the leftist head of state, up from 54% before.
